Prior to joining Nolan Heimann, Stefan served with securities regulators, an international law firm based in NYC, a Paris-based international law firm, a Canadian cross-border securities boutique, and a start-up focused practice in Southern California.
Stefan grew up in Montreal, Canada but has lived in a number of countries. He believes in the concept of the global citizen. As a father of three young kids, Stefan rides that working parent teeter–totter, balancing time and energy at home and at work. He loves being a dad and a teacher. He is an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School, instructing students in the legal and business considerations involved in forming, financing, and operating emerging growth businesses.
