Heidi Hart

Heidi is a lawyer with a lot of business savvy. Her experience as a business relationship consultant underpins how she strategizes and executes her client’s corporate transactions; from necessary governance issues to commercial contracts, including buy-sell agreements, asset purchase and sale agreements, shareholder and employee agreements, intellectual property related contracts and real estate transactions.

 Early in her career, Heidi handled  business litigation and public works construction claims. While working in the public works arena, she broadened her knowledge of minority and small business programs and California contractor licensing requirements. Before arriving at Nolan Heimann, Heidi’s practice spanned multiple industries, and more recently focused exclusively on general and corporate business counseling and transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchases and sales, commercial leasing and business formation and related agreements.      

Since majoring in psychology as an undergrad she has been fascinated by the human psyche and explores alternative healing modalities and holistic medicine. She is also an accomplished salsa dancer who lives in Venice Beach.
