David spent the first 10 years of his career at Sedgwick LLP before resigning his partnership to join a $100 million-a-year apparel company as General Counsel. In that role, he managed the company’s global intellectual property portfolio; fighting counterfeiting and discounters, he negotiated and drafted leases, software service agreements, and other contracts. He also advised on employment issues–all while working with the executive team to plan and implement the company’s strategy.

David is an avid toy collector, passionate soccer fan , and L.A. Galaxy supporter. In fact, he was the Regional Commissioner for Region 58 of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) in the Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park.
